The Queensland Suns are proud to unveil the head coaches who will lead our state teams into the 2026 AMMNA National Championships. This talented group of coaches brings together a wealth of experience, passion, and proven success, ensuring our athletes are guided by some of the best leaders in the sport.
Open Men’s
Returning to the top job as Head Coach is Tracey Jeanes-Fraser, bringing her wealth of national and international experience alongside a deep understanding of the Suns’ high-performance culture. Tracey will once again be supported by Gavin Clarke as Assistant Coach, fresh off an impressive 2025 season where the 23&U team placed third in the Men’s Reserve division and he achieved his Elite Coaching Accreditation.
Open Men’s A
Leading the Suns’ Open Men’s A team is Camille Dowling, an Elite Accredited Coach with more than 20 years of experience at state, national, and international indoor level. Camille is known for building strong, high-performance teams underpinned by accountability and care, and is set to drive this group forward in 2026.
Open Mixed
Garry Pashen will take the reins of the Open Mixed team, bringing unmatched leadership and passion to the role. A long-time Suns figure, Garry has previously guided the Open Men’s program as Head Coach and Assistant Coach, and also has the rare perspective of having represented the Suns as athlete #22 and captained the AMMNA Sonix (now Kelpies).
Men’s 23&Under
Tammy Holcroft returns to lead the Men’s 23&Under program. A Suns coach since 2011, Tammy has guided teams to state titles, AMMNA success, and helped shape countless athletes who have progressed into the Open program. Her passion for development and proven success make her the perfect fit for 2026.
Men’s 20&Under
New to the role, Justin Wise will head up the Men’s 20&Under team. With over two decades of coaching experience across state, regional, and national levels — including the Suns, Sapphire Series, and Australian representative programs — Justin brings both knowledge and a passion for culture. Known for lifting performance quickly and creating clear athlete pathways, he is set to guide the next generation of Suns talent.
Men’s 17&Under
After an incredible 2025 campaign, Craig Brown returns as Head Coach of the 17&Under team. Craig was named Queensland Suns Coach of the Year in 2025 after leading the U17s to an undefeated Nationals campaign, claiming the AMMNA National Championship. His leadership and proven track record set the stage for another exciting season.

Assistant coach and management appointments will be announced in the coming fortnight, finalising the teams of leaders who will support our athletes on the 2026 journey.
