Voting
Voting for all positions will be conducted electronically via ElectionBuddy. Members attending both in person and online will participate under the same secure electronic system.
Proxy voting is available in accordance with the Queensland Suns Constitution. Proxy forms must be received by 8 December 2025.

Nominations are now open for the following positions:

Term: Two Years -

Term: One Year - Following appointments will be Two Yearly to offset with President. -
3 x General Management Committee Members: view position description here
Term: Two Years - One position will be a one year term for the first year, with a two year term for all subsequent years.

The AGM agenda, including any proposed resolutions, will be circulated closer to the meeting date. (Expected distribution: 3 December 2025)

RSVPs are mandatory for in-person attendees to assist with venue logistics and are requested for online attendees, you can RSVP here.

Should any technical issues occur during the online meeting, guidance will be provided in real-time via Microsoft Teams chat.

The AGM will be facilitated by CPR Group, who are assisting with planning and governance compliance. CPR Group will also act as the independent electoral officer, overseeing the electronic voting process via ElectionBuddy to ensure transparency and integrity.
