2025 Athlete nominations open

Queensland Suns Mens and Mixed Netball are calling for nominations in the following Divisions

• Men's 

• Mixed 

• Aged (U23's, U20's, U17's)

To compete in the Australian Men's and Mixed Netball Championships to be held at State Netball Centre, Melbourne, April 13-19 2025. 

Trial Registration Fee

• Amount: $150.00  

• Payment is a mandatory requirement and must be paid before you take the court.

• Unsuccessful trialists will be refunded up to $100.00 

• If successful $100 will be applied to tour fees (non refundable) 

• REGISTRATIONS  CLOSE: Friday 30th August 2024 @ midnight

Important Information 

• Any player that is unable to attend trials for any of the above dates will be prompted during the registration process and asked to submit a reason. Medical Clearances and certificates will be required.

• There maybe cuts after Phase1

• All Junior teams will be selected into squads, and will be required to attend a squad camp in late October in Brisbane. 

• There will be an expectation to attend two (2) training session a week. This may vary with team by team, athlete location and can consist of Matchplay, court craft or specialist session.

• Whatever age you turn this year, determines your eligibility to be selected in aged teams. For example, If you are 24 on the 30th Dec 2025, then you are not eligible for the Under 23's division. 

• Tour costs will range anywhere between  $2,000 - $2,500, dependant on uniforms and flights 

• Players will be required to pay a deposit of $350.00 within 10 days of their selection. 

• Players that are not adhering to the set payment deadlines will be removed from the squad and replaced.
